Youth Festival 2025-26

 Students of Vande Mataram Degree College actively participated in the 58th Youth Festival organized by the University of Mumbai, with events held on 8th August 2025 and subsequently on 18 & 20 September and 11 October 2025. The college team competed in Mime, Skit, Mono Act (Marathi & Hindi), Mimicry, One-Act Play, and Short Film Making, presenting impactful performances such as the skit “Majhi Shala”, the mime “Super Humans”, and the short film “Last Laugh”, all of which were highly appreciated by judges and audiences for their strong messages, impressive acting, and excellent teamwork. Guided by their mentor and cultural coordinator, Asst. Prof. Mrunali Jadhav,Directors,Mr.Shubham Jadhav and Mr.Prathamesh Deokule.

The students brought pride to the institution by achieving First Prize in Mime and a Consolation Prize in Skit at the zonal level, and later securing top honors in the final round with a Gold Medal (First Prize) in Mime, a Silver Medal (Second Prize) in Skit, and a Bronze Medal (Third Prize) in Short Film, distinguishing themselves among numerous participating colleges.
