The Department of 7 FTNMP, in association with IQAC, organized an Intercollegiate Photography Competition on 15^th August 2025, based on the theme “Eyes Speak Louder – Portraits Where Eyes Tell a Story.” The objective of the competition was to encourage students to explore expressive portrait photography and develop storytelling skills through visual imagery. A total of 15 students from various colleges participated in the competition.
The entries received reflected strong creativity, technical skill, and emotional depth as students captured portraits that conveyed powerful stories through the subject’s eyes.

Entries were evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and Originality
• Emotional Expression through Eyes
• Storytelling Impact
• Technical Quality & Composition

The panel selected three winners based on overall excellence.

Winners:

1.     Asha Thapa – K. V. Pendharkar College

2.     Mallika Divakarla – K. V. Pendharkar College

3.     Sunil Tambe – Vande Mataram Degree College

All winners were appreciated for their unique perspective, clarity of concept, and strong visual storytelling abilities.

The Intercollegiate Photography Competition proved to be a successful and enriching event. Students showcased remarkable creativity, and the theme “Eyes Speak Louder”
