Har Ghar Tiranga Selfie Campaign by NSS Unit of Vande Mataram College.

On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, 15th August 2024, the NSS Unit of Vande Mataram College, Dombivli (W) actively participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign initiated by the Government of India. This campaign aimed to instill patriotism and a sense of pride in the hearts of every Indian by encouraging citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes and share selfies with the Tricolor. Objective of the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative was to encourage active participation of volunteers in national initiatives and to spread awareness about the significance of the national flag and its values.
The NSS volunteers of Vande Mataram Degree College enthusiastically took part in this campaign. Around 56 participated in the initiative by hoisting the Tiranga at their homes and capturing selfies with the flag.
The campaign successfully instilled a deep sense of patriotism among the volunteers and the community. The initiative not only celebrated the spirit of Independence but also made the youth aware of their responsibility toward the nation.
The Har Ghar Tiranga selfie campaign conducted by the NSS Unit of Vande Mataram Degree College, Dombivli (W) on 15th August 2024 was a resounding success. The enthusiasm and dedication shown by the volunteers not only enriched the Independence Day celebrations but also contributed to the larger vision of fostering national pride and unity.
The NSS Unit looks forward to organizing more such initiatives in the future, ensuring that the spirit of patriotism remains alive among the youth.
